Nowadays, you can work just about anywhere, but not everywhere necessarily works. You might have too many distractions in your current work environment. You might be traveling to a different part of town and need a place to work between meetings. Or, you might just need someplace different to sit down and get stuff done.
Our DenverCOwork locations let you do that by offering drop-in workspace around the Denver Metro area – each providing the space you need, along with lightning fast WiFi, beverages, and other accommodations. Our Day Passes – offered at most of our locations – let you do this by paying for just one day or a week at a time.
We know… we know… most business have too many meetings, but you know what? Sometimes those meetings are necessary. So why not conduct those meetings in rooms that actually accommodate your business needs. Our locations offer a variety of private meeting rooms, ranging from small huddle rooms for intimate one-on-ones to larger spaces suited for team meetings and seminars. Hourly, daily and weekly rates are available, providing you the meeting space you need for the time you want.
Monthly Coworking Memberships
Our DenverCOwork locations offer a number of different monthly membership plans that provide regular access to the space – allowing you a consistent space to work from on an occasional, or even daily basis. These plans typically provide access to the space on a recurring basis, but don’t include a dedicated space for you to work from. Every time you make use of the space, you will have the liberty to choose the type of space that syncs with the type of work you need to get done.
Plans range from just a few times a month, on up to 24/7 access, depending upon the location and price level. Each location offers their own take on their coworking membership plans, so if a membership plan is what you’re looking for, you’ll want to check out each space to see which one offers the plan that is right for you.
Shared Desk Plans
A shared desk plan is similar in nature to a monthly coworking membership in that it offers access to workspace on a regular basis, however, it differs from a standard coworking plan in that not all coworking plans include access to actual desk space. Some coworking spaces and plans only provide access to “lounge” areas that may not include physical desks. Our locations that offer shared desk plans ensure that you have access to a desk when you’re in the space, so you can focus on your work.
As the name suggests, though, in a shared desk plan, you do not have a dedicated desk specifically for you. Each time you arrive at your coworking space, you will have the ability to select a desk space to plop down and work. If having a physical desk is important to you in the way you work, a shared desk plan might be the option that works for you.
Shared desk plans range from providing space just a few times a month, on up to 24/7 access, depending upon the location and price level. Each location offers their own take on their shared desk plans, so if a shared desk plan is what you’re looking for, you’ll want to check out each space to see which one offers the plan that is right for you.
With a dedicated desk plan, you will be provided a dedicated desk in an open office environment. These types of accommodations provide you the ability to know where you are going each time you’re in the office, make friends with a consistent set of workplace neighbors surrounding your workspace, and commonly (although not always) include full day or 24/7 access to the coworking facility. In some of our coworking spaces, the dedicated desk plans, also provide locking storage and/or the ability to leave some of your belongings on your desk; thereby reducing the amount of stuff you have to take in and out of the office on a daily basis and allowing you to fit out your space the way you need.
Like with many of our other plan options, the name is pretty self-descriptive. In many coworking spaces nowadays, there are a number of individual private offices that are available for rent on a monthly or yearly basis. These dedicated spaces provide you a space that is yours, and yours alone, so you can set it up and work the way you need to, without the distractions of an open, common area. But the great thing about a private office in a coworking space is that even though your space is dedicated to you, you still have access to all of the amenities within the coworking space, as well as the wonderful community of individuals within the coworking space. It’s sort of the best of both worlds… privacy and space to work when you need it along with common area amenities and a great community to support you.
